Jones not returning as head coach

NORMAL – Alabama A&M University announced today that Anthony Jones will not return as Head Football Coach. The announcement was made by Director of Athletics, Bryan Hicks.

"We are very grateful and appreciative of the work he has done with A&M athletics. We thank Coach Jones for his efforts and leadership of the football program and wish him much success in his future endeavors."

The university will begin a national search immediately for a new Head Football Coach.
