Mens Tennis Adds Signee

Aug. 3, 2007

In an effort to rebuild the men's tennis program, Bulldogs Coach Thomas Colvin has been looking high and low for the past 9 months or so to get some quality student-athletes to come to 'The Hill'. His efforts have already garnered one solid recruit and today, another decides to join the Bulldogs.

Reda Ouabdelmoumen, from Rabat, Morocco, returned a signed letter-of-intent today to join the Bulldogs in August.

"Reda is expected to come in and add some energy to the program," commented Coach Colvin. "I'm very happy to have him join us here. His juniors experience should be helpful from day one on the court, and his academics will help us maintain a very high standard in the classroom as well."

"Reda has played against some very tough competition in the juniors and he should come here ready to go."

Ouabdelmoumen is expected to join the Bulldogs later this month as an incoming freshman and will major in engineering.
