The Bulldogs dropped a pair of games at Albany State on April 6. The team fell 10-4 in the first game and 4-3 in the nightcap. With the losses, A&M drops to 4-16 on the season. The Bulldogs are back in action on April 9 at Jackson State. First pitch is set for 3 p.m.

Dymond Rangel went 2-for-4 at the plate with a run scored and a RBI. Melanie Menchaca recorded two hits on the day with a run and two runs batted in. Corissa Deadwyler and Hali Buie scored the other two runs for the Bulldogs.

Albany State 4, AAMU 3 Fayesha Ward and Deadwyler both went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead the A&M offense. Menchaca had two hits and a run scored while driving in three.
