Box Score / NASHVILLE, TN - Rogers Atugonza and Moses Semakula led a furious Alabama A&M rally Friday that came up just short in overtime as Belmont defeated the Bulldogs, 4-3. Trailing 3-0 and down a player due to a red card, the Bulldogs mounted a nearly impossible push to tie the game with Atugonza recording a hat trick, and Semakula assisting on two of his three goals. In an 18-minute span, the Bulldogs tied the game in the 89th minute. The Bruins, however, regrouped in the extra session and scored the game-winner just four minutes into overtime.
The A&M offense, which had been stagnant for two games, exploded with 35 total shots and 13 shots on goal for the game. Paul Musoke made four saves on the night, but took the loss in goal. The loss was the sixth straight for the Bulldogs.
