W. Soccer Shuts Out Alabama State for First Win of the Season

The Alabama A&M women's soccer team shutout the Hornets of Alabama State for its first win of the 09 season on Fri. Oct. 9 at Bulldog Field. Celeste Roberts, Jazmine McClain, Brittany Joseph, and Kanesha Gulley each scored a goal in the win. A&M is back in action on Oct. 15 when it hosts Arkansas-Pine Bluff beginning at 3 p.m.
The Bulldogs outshot the Hornets 18-1, including nine shots on goal. Other than the four goal scorers, six other A&M players attempted a shot.
