The Student-Athlete Service Center at Alabama A&M University assists the nearly 400 athletes in the eligibility and academic arenas. Once a student is recruited or accepted by on of our teams, the student's initial eligibility to play collegiate athletics is determined in the Compliance Office.

The Academic Enhancement staff assists the student-athletes in registering for classes every semester, arranging tutors, and conducts study hall Monday through Friday. Study hall hours for Monday through Thursday is 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.

The newly renovated Academic Enhancement Center has a computer lab (with 18 individual stations), lap top computers for athletes use during team travel, private study/tutor rooms, a large team study room, and the offices of the four staff members.
